What's the Dress Code?
The bridal party will be outfitted in historically-accurate, Viking era clothing.
Guests are encouraged to come in 'smart casual,' or dress to fit the theme! Please check in with the bridal party for details and guidelines.

Want to make your own, you crafty person, you? Cool, join the club! Please reach out to the bride, groom, or wedding party, and we will be more than happy to point you in the right direction. Viking-era clothing is pretty simple and easy to make.
What's for Dinner?
Get ready for some BBQ! Dinner will be a buffet style spread by Smokeshow BBQ, featuring brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and a selection of delicious sides.
What Is There To Drink?
Beer, wine, sodas, and water will be provided, but if you want a specific drink, please feel free to BYOB!
Screen-Free Ceremony? Tell Me More!
We want you to be engaged in our special day! We've brought in a great photographer, Steph, to capture all the images of the ceremony. You're more than welcome to snap all the photos you want during the rest of the day, but please leave your phone in your pocket during the ceremony.
We'll even have a QR code on the tables that you can use to upload your own shots so we can see how much fun you are having!
This is an Outdoor Venue.
Wear your dancin' clothes and your comfy shoes! While the parking lot is very close to the venue and very walkable, it is still a dirt lot. The ceremony is outdoors, so we advise leaving your spike heels at home!
Choose a Seat, Not a Side!
At the ceremony, sit (almost) anywhere you like. The family is huge, and our friend group is gregarious. Please sit wherever you'd like, aside from the very front rows, which will have assigned seating. Every seat should have a great view!
The tables for the reception are picnic tables. No assigned seating here either; just sit where and with whom you are comfortable.
